Amla pickle 1 year

1 kg Amla - 

1/2kg oil - any oil is ok -  nuvvulu nooni - ground nut oil  etc

1/4kg salt - 

karam - 1/4 kg

aavalau 1/4 kg -  powder it without frying

3 spoons methi fry it  and make it powder

turmeric 3 spoons

chintapandu - 1/4kg  - boil in 2 glass water until 1 glass gets over,

fry washed an dried amla in oil until turns red  after that  cool it and fill in a glass bottle or dabba

pour - puli paste , karam , ava methi mudda, 


for 200gm amla

100ml oil

salt, karam, ava powder, tamarind - 50gm each

methi powder 1 spoon

turmeric 1 spoon
